Happy Halloween

Boo! For Halloween I’m going to be a Screamer! I’ll tell all about my costume, trick or treating and how to scare people. Next, I’ll tell you more about my Screamer costume.
First of all, I will be a Screamer. My costume has a black long shirt and pants. The mask is white, with blood all over it. The mouth is open wide like it’s yelling. Mom got it at Party City. After I left Party City, I tried on my costume, and it fit me perfectly.
Also, on Halloween night I will trick or treat. My mom comes with me, and she helps me get the trick or treat. I knock on the door and I say, “Trick or Treat!” They say, “Happy Halloween!” Then, they just give me some candy. I say, “Thank you,” and they say, “You’re welcome!” I go to about 16 houses. It is so much fun. My cousins and friends go with me. I say, “Thank you” to my mom and give a hug and a kiss.
You see, I like Halloween! Scaring people is fun. My friends and my cousins like to be scary, too. My little, one year old brother will be a vampire. My cousin will be a bloodcurdling ghost. Another cousin will be a Screamer, like me! Another cousin will be a scary clown, with blood all over him – even on his teeth! My friend will be a Ghost Rider.
Last of all, I’ve told you all about Halloween. It’s finally here. I have told you how I will dress up, how I’ll go door to door to get candy, and how I’ll frighten people. Halloween is so much fun! Look out! I might come to your door. Watch out for the Screamer. Don’t be too afraid, but you are going to be scared!

The Terrifying, Haunted House

“Ahhhhhh!” My Girl Scout troop is doing a haunted house at Camp Welaka. We’re planning to scare the pants off of people, have special decorations and effects and wear crazy scrubs. Now, I’ll tell you more.
First of all, we plan to terrify people so that they have nightmares. We’ll be working two-hour shifts, so we don’t have to stand there for six hours scaring people. We’ll pretend our arms come off. We’ll pop out at people. We will scream until we don’t have a voice.
Next, we will have special effects like a fog machine. It will cover the floor with thick fog. You don’t know what you’re stepping on. We’ll have cobwebs everywhere, and spooky lights and spooky music.
Finally, we all will wear scrubs, like nurses. Our hair will be wild. It will stand up and be weird looking.  We will wear crazy makeup that is smeared. It will be all over our faces – with different colors. It will make us look like we just got out of bed.
Last of all, our scout troop will have fun making this haunted house, and keep the memory forever. We’ll frighten people, decorate the house crazy and have scary nurse’s outfits. I can’t wait to terrify people. I hope that the scaring we do will haunt you the rest of your life!

Halloween

I might be seven things for Halloween: A Master Chief, a werewolf, Janglefet, a Clone Trooper, Chucky, Darth Vader or a pirate.

All about Computers

Creeeeak! Come into my computer! I will tell you all about computers. I’ll tell how to start computers, go to places and what my favorite games are. Later on, you’ll find out more.
To start off, find a power socket. Plug it into the socket. Check the mouse to see if it works. See if the power box lights up. Turn on the screen. It’s easy to do!
You see, there are many websites in a computer – thousands of them. You have a keyboard that helps you type in words to go to websites. If you want to search for something, go to Google or Yahoo on the Internet. Typing is hard for beginners, but once you get good with computers, you’ll be like lightning – FAST!
For one thing, I have a favorite game I play on the computer. The game is called Bingo Builder. When you pass level 10 in Bingo Builder, you will have STEEL to build with – not just wood. But, it costs lots of money. Wood is cheaper than steel, because steel goes up to $165.00. The object is to build a bridge to get to the oil tanks. But the bridge has to be stable or the workers and the oil tanks will plummet into the dark abyss. You would hear them scream like a girl! The factory is where you push the oil tanks to. You will see the oil factory. It is where the workers are. The oil factory has a big cylinder tank where you crack open the oil carts. It is fun to play. Try it out! But, if you don’t have a computer, don’t come to me.
Finally, you have learned a lot about computers. I told you how to start a computer, find the Internet and websites, and what my favorite game is in the whole, wide WORLD! Now you know all about computers. You don’t need me anymore. See ya! Why don’t you try it out?

Freaky Freddie’s Ghost Story

Boo! Please think I’m scary! I’m Freaky Freddie, a ghost. I am a scaredy-cat! I have no guts, I speak LOUDLY, and I want a friend. Will you be my friend? Now, I’ll tell you my story all about me.
As soon as I was 10, I walked by a construction site where they were tearing down a rollercoaster. There were three wrecking ball cranes, five bulldozers, and six flatbed trucks. I wasn’t careful, but when I went to see what was happening, a crew worker shouted, “DUCK!” I said, “What?” The wrecking ball broke its chain and hit me in the gut. My guts fell out, and now I think that wrecking ball is my gut. Now, that I have no guts, I’m really scared – even of the dark!
The next week, I went to a rock and roll concert – “Ghosts Bow Down.” That was the name of the band. I had front row, zombie seats. Since there was one drummer, and one singer, and there were three guitar players and two dancers, they needed 30 big speakers and 20 amplifiers. I thought the tickets said skilled listeners, but I found out it said “deaf concert.” Oh no! It was so loud, it felt like my ears fell off! Droop, droop! So now I have to speak REALLY LOUD to hear myself. I hope I don’t make you deaf. I have to be 15 feet away from you to make it sound like a normal voice.
Meanwhile, would you be my second friend? My only friend, so far, is Francois, the ugly pageant model. However, I think she looks beautiful to me. Sometimes, when we go walking, people see us and think Francois is so ugly. We try to become invisible, but we don’t know how. If they have water or food, they throw it at us. I guess they think she looks like garbage. One time when we were walking in the park, we passed a big picnic area. They threw food at us, even chicken. We hate chicken. It makes us sick, because we’re allergic to it. I like her even if she’s not pretty. She’s my friend. She understands that I have no guts, so she doesn’t scare me.
Finally, we became girlfriend and boyfriend. She’s a really nice friend. Now you know all about Freaky Freddie - what my guts really are, how I lost my hearing and all about my girlfriend, Francois. Now that you know my deepest, darkest secrets, I must lock you up in ghost or zombie prison. How about you writing a ghost story – but not about Freaky Freddie and his girlfriend, Francois. I may have to haunt you the rest of your life.

The Superhero Saga

If I was a superhero, I would save people. I could build things quickly. The things I build would stretch super long. I would build Killer, a car I could ride. I upgraded it to a car-plane.
My trusty sidekick, Shasha, could fly. She also has robot powers. She can change her hand into a machine gun. The most venomous person or thing is Microchipper. It can bring anything to life and build robot bodies. It is venomous, because one time it built a huge, robot snake that lasered our house to the ground.

Dr. Gilmore’s Attic

I think there is something living in Dr. Gilmore’s attic. It is something that likes to creep up on you.
It might be a bug, like a beetle or a bee. It could be a possum. It might be a lizard. It might be a raccoon. I don’t know! Do you?

Ghost Story

The hairy spider is eating a fly. He sucks the guts out. The screech owl eats mice. The dead tree is home to over a 1,000 ghosts. Boo!
