    *  Sit up straight, remove your cap. Put your napkin in your lap.

    *  Mabel, Mabel, strong and able; keep your elbows off the table.

    *  If you can't reach the food you wish, ask someone to PASS the dish.

    *  Wait for your parent or your host, before you start to eat your toast.

    *  Fingers were made before forks, they say, but choose your fork - the manners way!

    *  Start at the outside - work your way to inner. Use the right utensil to eat your dinner.

    *  One piece at a time, cut up your meat. That's the mannerly way to eat.

    *  Don't stuff your mouth too full of food. Keep the good manners attitude!

    *  Boys and girls, do not be rude. Please don't talk when your mouth has food.

    *  Keep your mouth closed when you chew. That is easier for others to view.

    *  Just turkeys gobble! Slow down, please. Try to eat your meal with ease.

    *  No eating noises - smacking, slurping. Please no gulping - for sure no burping!

    *  Never, ever, fingers lick; wipe them on your napkin. That's the trick!

    *  Butter a bite-sized piece of roll. Never try to eat it whole.

    *  Place knife and fork in the center of your plate, to signal you're through. Then, sit and wait.

    *  At the end of the meal, stay seated - don't run. Thank the cook, and then you're done.

      Happy table manners!
